Kelly J. Rhoads, LCSW

Kelly is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Idaho License #LCSW-43264) with demonstrated experience overseeing crisis assessment and response services across community, hospital-adjacent, and statewide behavioral health systems. She currently serves as a Crisis Management Supervisor, providing clinical oversight, staff supervision, and operational leadership for high-acuity crisis services.

She is recognized for sound clinical judgment, coordination of care across emergency and inpatient settings, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement — bringing a steady, solutions-oriented leadership style to fast-paced crisis environments that require discretion, accountability, and collaboration.

In 2024, Kelly was named the Empower Idaho Mental Health Advocate of the Year for Region 1, and she is a co-creator of the Idaho Mobile Response Teams Training Academy.
